Via Paluzza 12The location of this apartment is perfect: just 30 mt. to the beach and 150 mt. to the pedestrian area, shops, bakeries, supermarkets and bus stops. A recently renovated apartment with modern and elegant furniture, a well equipped cooking area with microwave and a big table, a comfortable sleeping sofa, a satellite TV, safe and air conditioning. The bedroom has a double bed, 2 single ones and a wardrobe with dresser while the brand new bathroom has the shower box. We offer also a small beautiful private garden from where you could glimpse the sea, car park (if you do not use the car every day during your stay) a warehouse for beach equipment, a washing machine and wifi.
