Via Pola 1Wonderful and brand new apartment on the 4th floor in an elegant building. There is the lift, this apartment is recently completely renovated and is located in front of the sea, just 2 minutes on foot to the beach and 200 mt. to the pedestrian area.
It is composed of cooking area, living room, 45 mq. wonderful balcony with sea view, 2 bedrooms (1 spacious double room with TV and direct access to the balcony, a big wardrobe and another one with 2 single beds).
In addition there are 2 well equipped bathrooms both with shower box and a reserved parking place.

Giugno, 2017Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Lignano und haben uns in dem Apartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist top und modern eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir haben uns sehr gerne auf der großen Terrasse, die mit einer bequemen Lounge ausgestattet ist, aufgehalten.
